Inauguration in the heart of the future Chambray-lès-Tours eco-district

On Wednesday September 14, 2022, Crédit Agricole Immobilier, Linkcity and Valloire Habitat symbolically planted a tree on block A2 of the La Guignardière eco-district, in the presence of Christian Gatard, Mayor of Chambray-lès-Tours. This property complex accommodates a residence housing and a residence social intergenerational.

Located on a plateau at the northwestern end of the town, the site of the Guignardière eco-district, supported and developed by the town of Chambray-lès-Tours, will eventually accommodate 600 housing units over 23 hectares. The city, accompanied by a project team integrating the architect-urban planner Jean-Yves Barrier, organized the eco-district around a landscaped central mall which makes it possible to connect the existing wooded areas nearby.

The realization of this project contributes to the diversification of the housing offer, while integrating perfectly into the natural and preserved environment. With an architecture with a sleek and modern design, the AUA architects Paul Chemetov and Ronald Sirio designed this first section on a human scale facing outwards with generous spaces.

With AndryalaLinkcity carries out on behalf of Valloire Habitat a residence intergenerational. This residence in the heart of the district benefits from an adapted design (accessibility and ergonomics of the 47 housing units – from studios to 4-room apartments) while offering a range of services promoting exchanges and solidarity between residents, all generations combined. The latter will thus benefit from many shared spaces, like a conviviality room of 50 m2an orchard and a garden.

This residence was delivered at the beginning of June and the first tenants arrived at the end of June 2022.

With In[vert]figure, Crédit Agricole Immobilier is building a residential complex on a human scale, perfectly integrated into its natural and preserved environment. Composed of four R+2 buildings, the apartments are available from 2 to 4 rooms. These 84 apartments favor light and beautiful surfaces and all benefit from an extension to the outside – balcony, open-air terrace, loggia or even private garden level – to experience well-being in all its dimensions. Exemplary from an energy point of view, the residence is labeled E + C-, an energy efficiency improved by about 20% compared to the thermal regulations in force (RT2012). True to the principles of the “Nature in the City” approach developed by Crédit Agricole Immobilier, the residence highlights nature with a large landscaped area, the presence of bucolic walks and several gentle traffic routes. Finally, an environmentally friendly shared mobility service is offered with the provision of a fleet of 2 electric vehicles for car sharing.

For Vincent Barraud, CEO of LinkcityThrough the development of macro lot A of the eco-district of La Guignardière, we wish to offer a real mix of uses and functionalities to future residents, thus responding to current challenges such as the development of sustainable cities, the respect of the environment, better living together and aging well at home”.
